Our server, Alex, delivered exceptional service—attentive, amiable, and quick-paced. His recommendations and menu knowledge heightened our inaugural visit, making it truly exceptional. The customer service here is truly remarkable. We savored the complimentary bread, relished in oysters Rockefeller, indulged in house-made gnocchi, enjoyed the halibut fish special, and savored the braised short ribs, accompanied by a selection of delightful drinks. The food choices were outstanding, the menu extensive yet well-balanced, and the prices reasonable. Eager to explore more menu items, we highly recommend this establishment and look forward to our next visit!

I had heard this place was very good. It is beyond just good! It is truly just amazing! I tried the tuna first! Amazing! Then I tried the sea bass! It was even more amazing. The menu is just full of amazing choices! If your looking for a great place to start a fun night, this is one place I promise you will love! Whomever you bring here will also love it! In addition to being a great restaurant serving awesome food and wine, TRIO Grill is also a fantastic venue for intimate wedding celebrations! Its outdoor patio is covered but also has two open sides, meaning you and your guests get some fresh air without being exposed to the full heat of a DC summer. The roof also ensured that the sunlight coming into the area was soft and flattering, meaning you get beautiful, natural wedding photos. That space is also surprisingly large. The wedding we photographed there recently had about 40 guests. They all fit in the patio comfortably, and there was still room for a decent-sized dance floor. TRIO Grill's real selling point, though, is the staff and (not surprisingly) the food. The former could not have been more helpful. We watched them in action and could see that wedding guests felt well taken care of. And we got to have a bit of the food and can tell you that it was delicious!

Between the fantastic piano covering new and old songs, lighting and overall comfortable ambiance, the food really hit the spot. TRIO is always near the top of my list to take important friends and family to dinner when they visit. The service was a little lacking, honestly, but I'm guessing this was an off night because that is not the typical experience.

Wow. This was our first time but it won't be our last. We went to Trio for a holiday party, there was plenty of dedicated space, and staff for a perfect evening. The manager checked on things several times which was a nice touch and the staff members were amazing. The food was first-class. Give Trio a try for a classy evening out. Another wonderful experience at Trio. The service is top notch, friendly and professional.
